The Stinkers are a group of mischievous misfits. While at the Summer Program at upscale Dartmoor Academy, they went on a field trip to the Springville aquarium. They decided to kidnap Slappy the Sea Lion and return him to his ocean home. Unfortunately, there's another sea lion-napper on the premises, has a plan for Slappy in a Bulgarian circus. Once the Stinkers get Slappy back to Dartmoor, he wreaks havoc on Parents Day and get the kids expelled....
