Description
Valentina inherits her family's fortune and is joined by her cousin Ivana and aunt Isabel in her Mexico City home. Unbeknownst to her, Ivana harbors a deep resentment and jealousy toward Valentina and begins an affair with her fiance, Alonso. They conspire to take over Valentina's fortune. On their wedding day, Alonso leaves Valentina at the altar to run away with Ivana. Valentina, hurt and humiliated, escapes to her country villa, where she meets wealthy landowner Jose Miguel.
