Description
A surgeon is abandoned by his wife and daughter. After a night of drinking he is beaten. Suffering from amnesia, he wanders from village to village, working at odd jobs. Working at a mill he takes it upon himself to help the owner's son, who desperately needs medical attention. Soon people stop by to see the famous quack.
